Frequently Asked Questions
Is this addon compatible with my PMPro setup?
Yes! It works with all PMPro licenses (Free, Standard, Plus, and Enterprise). It’s designed as a native PMPro addon that integrates directly with your existing membership structure.
Can I have multiple certifications?
Absolutely. Create as many certifications as you need, each with their own requirements, knowledge domains, and approval workflows.
Will this slow down my site?
No. The addon uses separate database tables and is optimized for performance. It has minimal overhead and doesn’t interfere with your site’s operation.
What if I need to uninstall it?
You can safely deactivate and reactivate the addon anytime without affecting your PMPro data. Your member accounts, membership levels, and payment history are completely protected.
Can members submit documentation?
Yes. Members can upload PDF or image files as proof of completion. Staff can review these documents before approving CEUs.
How do staff members approve CEUs?
You assign a PMPro membership level as the “Staff Approval Level.” Any member with that level can access the CEU approval interface to review and approve submissions.
